Acumed Receives AME Manufacturing Excellence Award

Hillsboro, OR October 2011 -- Acumed® has been selected to receive the 2011 AME Manufacturing Excellence Award, an honor which recognizes North American manufacturing sites that have demonstrated operational excellence through continuous improvement, best practices, creativity, and innovation. Acumed® is one of an exclusive number of North American sites to receive this prestigious award. “It is a wonderful acknowledgement and testimony to all of the tireless efforts put forth toward fulfilling the Acumed® mission,” said Josh Sutton, Process Engineering Supervisor, who will be accepting the award along, with Bob Johnson, VP of Operations and Business Development, and Loren Blanchard, Manufacturing Director on behalf of the company. The award ceremony will be held during the AME Excellence Inside International Conference, October 24-28, 2011 in Dallas, Texas.
