  • Total Wrist Fusion Plating System

    Acumed Total Wrist Fusion Plating System
    The Total Wrist Fusion Plating System was designed for wrist arthrodesis due to deformities associated with degenerative arthritis, brachial plexus palsies, and spastic disorders. This five plate system features both innovative and traditional designs.
  • Acu-Loc Wrist Spanning Plate

    The Acu-Loc Wrist Spanning Plate is designed to address complex distal radius fractures. This temporary fixator is designed to hold the wrist in distraction and to provide ligamentotaxis to the wrist on a temporary basis while the distal radius heals. Similar to an external fixation device, the Acu-Loc Wrist Spanning Plate may be used if the distal radius is too comminuted for an Acu-Loc 2 or other distal radius plate.
  • Acu-Loc Extra-Articular (EX) Plates

    Acu-Loc Extra-Articular EX Plates
    The Acumed Acu-Loc Extra-Articular Plate is designed for extra-articular distal radius fractures and osteotomies. The plate sits more proximally than the standard Acu-Loc Volar Distal Radius Plate, and its distal locking screws are angled to support the dorsal lip of the radius, maximizing purchase in the subchondral bone. The 2.3 mm Variable Locking Screws can also be used in the distal holes of this plate family.

  • Acu-Loc Dorsal Distal Radius Plate

    Acumed Acu-Loc Dorsal Plate
    Acumed Acu-Loc Dorsal Plates are designed for complex distal radius fractures that need to be addressed from the dorsal side. The plates are anatomically contoured and may help restore the bone's natural anatomy from the distal ulnar side to the radial styloid. In addition, the distal cage of screws - with fixed angle locking technology - are designed to help support the fracture.

  • Acu-Loc Volar Distal Radius (VDR) Plate

    Acu-Loc Volar Distal Radius VDR Plate
    The Acumed Acu-Loc Volar Distal Radius (VDR) Plate has been a market leader since 2004. Designed to provide a more distal fit than many other volar plates, the Acu-Loc Volar Distal Radius (VDR) Plate offers an innovative solution for complex intra-articular distal radius fractures and osteotomies. The Acu-Loc instrumentation supplies surgeons with everything necessary to implant all of the distal radius and volar distal ulna plates.

  • Distal Radius Fragment Specific Plates

    Acumed Distal Radius Fragment Specific (DRFS) Plates are designed to independently address the fractures of the intermediate and radial columns. The modular nature of the plates, which include the Dorsal Rim Buttress Plate, Dorsal Lunate Plate, Volar Lunate Suture Plate, and Divergent Radial Styloid Plate, allows compression of fracture fragments from multiple directions.

  • Arc Wrist Tower

    The Acumed Arc Wrist Tower is designed to provide stable traction of the patient's forearm and hand, allowing unrestricted access to the wrist during arthroscopic and fracture-reduction procedures. The support arm swivels 180-degrees about the patient's elbow and forearm, allowing for fluoroscopic imaging from any angle.

    Acu-Loc 2 Proximal Volar Distal Radius VDR Plates
    The Acumed Acu-Loc 2 Proximal Volar Distal Radius (VDR) Plates are designed for distal radius fracture and osteotomies, as well as segmented diaphyseal fractures. Customizable plate length and width options allow for sizing of varying patient anatomies. In addition, converging ulnar screws, suture holes, and K-wire holes have been incorporated to support the volar ulnar lip and lunate facet. The 2.3 mm Variable Angle screws can also be used with this plate family.

  • Acu-Loc 2 Standard Volar Distal Radius (VDR) Plate

    Acumed Acu-Loc 2 Standard Volar Distal Radius Plate
    Acumed Acu-Loc 2 Standard Volar Distal Radius Plates have an optimized design to closely replicate the anatomical contours of the distal radius and assist in restoring its natural geometry. Other optimized features include a lower profile, polished finish which may help minimize soft tissue irritation, and converging ulnar screws, additional suture holes, and added K-wire holes for provisional fixation.

  • Acu-Loc 2 Extension Plates

    Acu-Loc 2 Extension Plate
    Acumed Acu-Loc 2 Extension Plates are designed to lock to Acu-Loc 2 Proximal VDR Plates to provide rigid fixation of segmental fractures of the distal radius that extend into the diaphyseal region. The proximal plate end is tapered and the undersurface is designed for limited contact with the bone.

  • SLIC Screw System

    Acumed SL Targeting Guide and SLIC Screw System
    Scapholunate instability remains an unsolved indication in orthopaedics. The Acumed SLIC Screw System is an adjunct to the biological healing of soft tissue repair or reconstructions that treat scapholunate instability. The system includes system-specific instrumentation, a specialized targeting guide, and multiple-size screws to accommodate varying patient anatomy. The Acumed SLIC Screw can be used to hold the reduction of the scapholunate interval while the soft tissue repair heals.
  • Hub Cap Fusion Plates

    Acumed Hub Cap Fusion Plates are designed to provide fixation and a straightforward technique for four-corner and other limited wrist fusions. The plates can also be used to treat patients with osteoarthritis, post-traumatic arthritis, fractures, revision of failed partial wrist fusions, carpal instability, or rheumatoid arthritis.

  • Osteotomy System

    Osteotomy System
    The Acumed Osteotomy System features the Ulnar Shortening Plate, with built-in osteotomy reference lines and a cutting guide. The system offers screws that sit below the plate surface when fully seated, and the interfragmentary lag screw can be placed in one of two locations to securely compress the osteotomy. The Ulnar Shortening Plate is indicated for use in osteotomies of the ulna.
  • Acu-Loc Volar Distal Ulna (VDU) Plates

    Acumed Acu-Loc Volar Distal Ulna VDU Plates
    Acumed Acu-Loc Volar Distal Ulna (VDU) Plates are specifically designed for periarticular fractures of the distal ulna. The anatomic curvature of the left- and right-specific plates are intended to facilitate restoration of the bone's natural geometry. In addition, plate positioning and converging screw angulation target distal fragments of the ulnar head and neck for more stable fracture fixation.

    The Acumed Hand Fracture System is designed to surgically treat various metacarpal and phalangeal fractures, fusions, and osteotomies and includes five solutions in one tray. Versatile screws, customizable plates, and dedicated instrumentation offer a comprehensive system to streamline the surgical experience. The system features precontoured standard plates, specialty plates, and Hexalobe MultiScrews. Hexalobe Lag Screws and threaded K-wires are also included for less complicated fractures.
  • MCP Fusion Plate

    Acumed MCP Fusion Plate
    The Acumed MCP Fusion Plate is specifically designed for fusions of the 1st MCP joint of the thumb. This plate is designed to offer stability for arthritis and may address chronic instability of the Metacarpophalangeal (MCP) or carpometacarpal (CMC) joint. In addition, the low-profile and smooth plate design may help minimize soft tissue irritation.

  • Forearm Rod System

    The Acumed Forearm Rod System offers surgeons an alternative option for the treatment of fractures and osteotomies of the radius and ulna over traditional plating. Each fluted rod is designed to be inserted through a small incision with minimal canal reaming. A targeted interlocking screw, combined with a paddle blade tip design, locks and rotationally secures the bone segments to assist in fracture union.

  • Anatomic Midshaft Forearm Plating System

    The Acumed Anatomic Midshaft Forearm Plating System offers marked hardware improvements over traditional straight plates. The system can be used to treat fractures, fusions, and osteotomies of the radius and ulna. It can also be used in conjunction with the Acumed Forearm Rod System for a less invasive approach to both-bone fractures of the diaphyseal region. The Anatomic Midshaft Forearm Plating System includes Midshaft Ulna Plates, Volar Midshaft Plates, and Dorsolateral Midshaft Radius Plates.

  • Ulna Rod

    The Acumed Ulna Rod is used to treat fractures and osteotomies of the ulna. Contoured to ease insertion and closely match the curvature of the ulnar canal, the rod's targeted interlocking screws and paddle-blade tip are designed to lock and rotationally secure bone segments to stabilize the fracture. This minimally invasive technique may reduce scarring and surgery time over traditional ORIF.

  • Radius Rod

    The Acumed Radius Rod is used to treat fractures and osteotomies of the radius. Contoured to ease insertion and closely match the geometry of the radial canal, the rod's targeted interlocking screws and paddle-blade tip are designed to lock and rotationally secure bone segments to stabilize the fracture. This minimally invasive technique may reduce scarring and surgery time over traditional open reduction internal fixation (ORIF).

  • Stableloc External Fixation System

    Acumed offers the Stableloc External Fixation System for the treatment of complex distal radius fractures. The Stableloc External Fixator is designed to hold pins in place for fracture reduction or distraction to align the wrist and to provide ligamentotaxis to the wrist on a temporary basis while the distal radius heals.

    Small Bone Fixator
    The Acumed Small Bone Fixator is an innovative solution for stabilizing fractures resulting from high-energy trauma, including fusions, osteotomies, open and/or comminuted fractures, infected nonunions, and fractures with length discrepancies. The Small Bone Fixator System is simple to use, offers versatile pin placement options and stability, and is cost-effective.

  • Small Bone Distractor

    The Small Bone Distractor is designed to aid with open or closed fractures, aseptic and infected nonunions, corrective osteotomies, length maintenance due to segmental bone loss, and distraction lengthening of the metacarpals, metatarsals, and phalanges. A removable handle on the Small Bone Distractor allows surgeons to easily manipulate the device, while minimizing X-ray exposure.
